General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Menu item>Page Display tab vs Menu item>Page Title tab

Using Joomla 5.0.2
I would like to use the Menu item> Page Title but am unable to view the settings I've set once I activate it.
I'm not referring to the Menu item> Page Display > Browser Page Title nor Page Heading, I have these working fine.

Just not sure how to use the Menu item> Page Title tab - it looks useful if I can figure it out.
I've searched and can't find any info on it, even a link to documentation would be helpful.
