Are you talking about your web hosting login or a Joomla site login? (they are two completely separate logins, that should not have the same credentials). If you mean you don't have the details for the Ionos Control panel, use the "Forgot Login details" link beneath the login form. If you believe you haven't received the email check your spam folder.
However, if you have logged into your hosting and are installing Joomla, you would create the superuser account during the installation process (it won't be emailed), unless using something like Softaculous (which we don't recommend). That sort of install may well email your login details. You should install Joomla using the method which is supported by the volunteer Joomla community as documented below. The Softaculous (and similar) methods may present problems we can't help you with.
